HIGHER HOLCOMBE postcode (EX11 1PQ) doesn’t work on SatNav!

From M5 / J29 take the A30 towards Honiton.

Leave A30 at Patterson’s Cross.

Follow signs to Otter Garden Centre.

Go through Alfington (B3177) and take the 1^st left (Holcombe Lane).

Higher Holcombe is 1km up narrow lane on the right.

If you reach Otter Garden Centre – you’ve gone too far!

Turn around and take 1^st right (Holcombe Lane)
